Website content management is a key element of a successful online presence. Editorial systems (CMS - Content Management System) have become an integral part of most web projects, as they enable effective and simple content management without the need for deeper programming. Using the editorial system, it is possible to manage most of the circulation part of the website (text, articles, images, photos, etc.).
Content and Appearance
A content management system, on the other hand, does not allow you to manage the appearance of a website. The graphic appearance is taken care of by the website template, which has a set graphic appearance of all website elements (styles, colors and sizes of basic text, headings or links, looks of bulleted list tables, indentation, etc.). These graphic styles also differ depending on the output device (computer, tablet, mobile, ..) and it is therefore highly desirable that the content does not have, for example, a fixed font color, but is displayed depending on the output device (for example, on a computer on a dark background white and on a mobile phone on a white background in black).
